Resolved that full planning
permission be GRANTED for the provision of new community
sporting facilities, consisting of 2x floodlit Ng pitches, 5x grass
football pitches, clubhouse/pavilion including changing and
football academy facilities, padel tennis courts, play zone, car
parking and associated landscaping, boundary treatment and access
at the former Co-op sports ground, Foots Cray Road,
Eltham.
 
Consent subject
to the conditions set out in Appendix 2 of the report and
the following condition amendments and informative

Condition 25 - Cycle Parking;
to specify the provision of a minimum of 40 cycles
spaces be provided.
Reason: to
meet TfL objectives and promotion of sustainable travel,

Condition 38 - Active Travel Zone Assessment; point
A) be amend to require provision of a second pedestrian access, as
follows –
a)   
Prior to the commencement of the development, an
Active Travel Zone Assessment, in accordance with the aims of
Healthy Streets for London, shall be submitted to and approved by
the Local Planning Authority, which shall include a second
pedestrian access can be provided to the south of the site near the
bus stop and footway along Footscray Road including on the southern
side of the main access way.
Reason: to
provide a safe pedestrian connectivity between the bus stop and the
pavilion and football pitches.

issuing the final decision notice.
