Agreed to the granting of a lease to Second Floor
Studios Community Interest Company (CIC) of theOld Town Hall
Woolwich on the terms as  set out in
Appendix A.
 

2.   
Agreed to the granting of a Key Performance
Indicators Agreement to Second Floor Studios CIC for theOld Town
Hall Woolwich on the terms set out in this report.
 

3.   
Agreed to treat the information presented in Exempt
Appendix A and C as exempt under the provisions of the Local
Government Act 1972, Schedule 12A based on “Information
relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular
person (including the authority holding that information)”.
Agree that the exempt information presented in Exempt Appendices A
& C is not subsequently released to the press or
public.
