Resolved that Planning for
the retrospective change of use of use
from microbrewery (Use Class Sui Generis) to beauty salon (Use
Class E) be granted.
 
Consent subject to the
conditions set out in Appendix 2 of the main report to be detailed
in the notice of determination.
 
Thant the Assistant Director
(Planning & Building Control) to make any minor change to the
detailed working of the recommended conditions, as set out in
Appendix 2 of the main and the minutes of this Area Committee
meeting, where the Assistant Director of Planning & Building
Control considers it appropriate, before issuing the decision
notice.
