Approved the changes to Part
7 of the Councils Constitution by adding the Schemes of
Authorisation for the Directorate of Place and Growth
as set out in Appendix A
and for Housing and Safer Communities as set out in
Appendix B.
 
Authorised the Monitoring
Officer to further update the Constitution as and when other
Directorates finalise their Schemes of Authorisation.
 
Authorised the Monitoring
Officer to make changes to Directorate Schemes of Authorisation on
the instructions of the relevant Chief Officer.
