1.           
Agreed the implementation of the Royal Borough of
Greenwich and Children’s Services Planned Maintenance
Programme (PMP) for financial year 2026-2027 as set out in Appendix
2 of this report, at the total estimated value of £3 Million
Pounds.
 
2.           
Agreed the PMP for the following two financial years
2027/28 & 2028/29, as set out in Appendix 3 of this report, at
a total estimated value of £6 Million Pounds.
 
3.           
Noted that the annual PMP is mainly funded using the
School Condition Allocation (SCA) received from the Department for
Education (DfE) annually. The SCA for the 2026/27 financial year
has yet to be announced.
 
4.           
Noted the recommended programme has been developed
to utilise a forecasted grant allocation of circa £3M per
year based on the SCA methodology last published by the DfE in
March 2025 which shows an increase in funding over previous
years.
 
5.           
Delegated the decision to amend the PMP 2027-2029 in
line with the SCA allocations to the Director of Place and Growth
in consultation with the Director of Children’s Services and
in accordance with the Council’s scheme of
delegation.
