Late Night Refreshment (Takeaway/Delivery only):
· Sunday to Thursday: 23:00 – 00:30
· Friday and Saturday: 23:00 – 01:00
Opening Hours:
· Monday to Sunday: 11:00 – 00:00 (midnight)
Conditions agreed with the applicant:
- All staff shall receive training in the promotion of the licensing objectives. Training records shall be kept at the premises and made available to the Police and Authorised Officers on request.
- Signage shall be displayed in a prominent position advising customers and delivery drivers not to loiter either inside or directly outside the premises, and staff shall take all reasonable steps to prevent such loitering.
- No seating shall be provided at the premises, and customers shall not be permitted to consume food on the premises.
- The CCTV system shall continuously record whilst the premises is open for licensable activities and during all times when customers remain on the premises.
- All entry and exit points shall be covered enabling front identification of every person entering in any light condition. The CCTV system shall be capable of obtaining clear facial recognition images and a clear head-and-shoulders image of every person entering or leaving the premises.
- All CCTV recordings shall be stored for a minimum period of thirty-one (31) days with date- and time-stamping. Recordings shall be made available immediately upon request of the Police or other “authorised persons” (as defined by Section 13 of the Licensing Act 2003).
- A staff member from the premises who is conversant with the operation of the CCTV system shall be on the premises at all times the premises is open to the public. This staff member must be able to show a Police Officer or other “authorised person” (as defined by Section 13, Licensing Act 2003) recent data or footage with the absolute minimum of delay when requested.

Delivery Management and Public Nuisance Controls
- All delivery rider arrivals, collections and dispatch activity shall be managed exclusively via a designated rear collection and dispatch point, which shall be clearly signposted and actively supervised during all late-night operating hours.
- The rear collection point shall be operated so as to prevent congregation, loitering or obstruction at the front of the premises or on the public highway. All riders shall be directed to the rear of the premises for collection.
- A defined system for managing delivery riders shall be maintained at all times during late-night refreshment hours to ensure orderly arrival, waiting and departure.
- A complaints logbook shall be maintained at the premises recording all complaints relating to delivery drivers and associated activity, including date, time, nature of complaint and action taken. The log shall be made available to Police or Authorised Officers upon request.
- A direct emergency contact number for the duty manager shall be prominently displayed and provided to delivery platforms and relevant enforcement agencies for use during all hours of operation.
- A responsible member of staff shall actively monitor the rear collection point during late-night operations to ensure compliance with procedures and to prevent public nuisance or antisocial behaviour.
- The Premises Licence Holder shall maintain or participate in a system for reporting poor delivery rider conduct, including antisocial behaviour or repeated breaches of delivery protocols. Records of reports and actions taken shall be retained and made available upon request to Responsible Authorities.
