  1. 1          Noted that Cabinet agreed in June 2025 to delegate authority to the Cabinet Member for Planning, Estate Renewal and Development to agree the formal inclusion of properties at Royal Arsenal Riverside and Kidbrooke Village as acquisition opportunities into Phase 2 of the Greenwich Builds programme.
