Approved commencement of
consultation on proposed changes to the
Council’s Extra Care support charges, with the following
:

1.1    
All of the current tenants who have moved in to the Council’s
three Extra Care housing schemes (at Richard Neve, Colebrook and
Lakeview)  in
or after June 2023; and

1.2        
All of
the prospective tenants of the Council’s three
Extra Care housing schemes (at Richard Neve, Colebrook and
Lakeview).
 
2.           
Authorised the Director of Health and Adult Social
Care to conduct the consultation exercise, review its results and
then bring forward a report to Cabinet.
