Purpose

The full procurement of a
software solution to provide a system that is legislatively
compliant as it is responsible for payments of staff and other
organisations, to include but not limited to sickness management,
recruitment, HR casework, self service functionality both employees
and managers. Due to the complexity of this type of financial
system the contract will be for a period of not less than 5
years.

Content

1.       Approved the award
of contract to Softcat plc (Company registration number: 02174990)
for the supply of a fully hosted HR and Payroll System in
accordance with CSO 16 and 28.3.

 

2.       Noted the preferred
provider was selected following the completion of a mini tender
utilising the KCS Framework Agreement (Y23065 - Software Products
and Associated Services). The procurement was published via the
Proactis portal to ensure compliance with the PCR 2015 buying
procedures for contracts.

 

3.       Noted that the total
cost will be £1,706,316.69 for a 5 year contract term from 27
June 2024 to 26 June 2029.
