Purpose

From autumn 2024 the council
will be working with ICS colleagues to introduce digitally-enabled
health and care services across Greenwich. This will involve giving
devices and software to people in their homes to help them live
more independently, manage health conditions, support their
wellbeing and be better connected to local communities, friends and
family
