Purpose

To make an award of contract
for fire remedial works to Council properties, primarily in
Housing.

Content

1.           
Agreed in accordance with CSO 16 the award of a contract to Wates
Property Services Ltd (Company number 01141788) for a period of 5
years with an estimated value up to £10,000,000 (£10m)
for the delivery of urgent fire remedial works.
 

2.           
Noted that the contract period will commence on or around the
approval date of this report.
 
3.           
Noted this award is made via the Pretium Building and Fire Safety
Framework Agreement, Lot 11 (Fire Safety Projects over
£1.5m).
