for submission of reserved
matters application (appearance, landscaping, layout and scale) for Plot 9 pursuant to Condition
15 of permission ref. 22/3782/MA dated 17 March 2023 comprising the
construction of 326 residential units and commercial floorspace
with associated parking and private and public open space. ES
submitted to the planning authority at the time of the previous
application.
