Agreed
to the Director of Regeneration, Enterprise and
Skills signing the Local Area Energy Plan’s (LAEP) MoU and
the data sharing agreement so that the Council may participate in
the South London Partnership in the development of a subregional
Energy Output Report and a bespoke borough readiness
report.
  
Noted
and agreed to the resourcing requirements of
RBG’s participation in Phase 1 of the scheme. Resourcing is
confined to officer time spent supporting the reports’
development with data provision and representing the Council at
programmed meetings.  
 
Noted
that, whilst there is no obligation to participate,
Phase 2 of the scheme is not funded by the GLA and RBG is expected
to use the outputs of phase 1 to resource and complete Phase 2.
This decision will be agreed under a separate delegation/process,
following competition of phase 1.
