Noted that the Directorate of Regeneration, Enterprise and Skills
(DRES) Fees and Charges schedule agreed by the Director for
Regeneration, Enterprise and Skills on 15th February 2024, and then
by Cabinet on 21 February 2024, contained some incorrect charges
for the Planning and Building Control section.

Agreed the updated Fees and Charges schedule for Planning and
Building Control, for the financial year 2024/25, attached as
Appendix 1 of the report.

Noted that the updated Fees and Charges schedule for Planning and
Building Control for the financial year 2024/25 as set out in
Appendix 1 of the report replaces the previous charges agreed by
the Director for Regeneration, Enterprise and Skills on 15th
February 2024 and then by Cabinet on 21 February 2024.
