1.   
Approved the acceptance of a UK Shared Prosperity
Fund (UKSPF) Grant People & Skills allocation for the sum of
£867,000 for a fifteen-month programme (January 2024 –
March 2025) from Local London sub regional partnership.

Noted Local London will administer the management
and monitoring of the programme and retain £34,680 (4%) of
the grant.

Noted the Council will enter into a Grant Funding
Agreement (GFA) for fifteen months with the Local London
Partnership, to access the grant allocation equivalent to
£166,464 per quarter excluding the management fee as set out
in point 4.13 and 4.14 of the report.

Noted the outputs are set out in 4.8 and 4.9 of the
report and the programme will be delivered by the Council’s
Local and Labour Business service (GLLaB).
