Noted and accepted the quote from Protector
Insurance (company registration number FC033034)
(“Protector”) for a 5 year policy (3 years Long Term
Agreement with the option of an extension for a further 2 periods
each of 12 months) commencing 1st April 2024.
 
2.   
Noted that the contract is for an insurance policy
subject to a claim policy excess of £100 (all perils except
subsidence at £1,000) payable by leaseholders.
 
3.   
Noted that the procurement for this contract was
completed via an Open Tender on the Council’s proactis portal
in accordance with the requirements of CSO 18.0 for Open Tendering
and in compliance with PCR 2015.
