Agreed the direct award of three framework
contracts, in accordance with CSO 16, for the provision of
electrical testing, inspection, and remedial works to:
 
(a) 
Re-Gen (UK) Construction Limited (Company number
08534898) with an estimated value up to £1,500,000 through
the B2G Minor Works Framework Agreement, Lot SE / LB;
 
(b)RGE Services Ltd
(Company number 03305853) with an estimated value up to
£1,500,000 through the Fusion 21 Building Safety and
Compliance Framework Agreement, Lot 11;
 
(c) 
Aaron Services Limited (Company number 03193203)
with an estimated value up to £1,500,000 through the Fusion
21 Building Safety and Compliance Framework Agreement, Lot
11;
 
2.   
Noted the contract period will be 18 months from the
date of sign off of this report.
