Noted each Lot will have a
contract that is due to commence on 17th May 2024 and
expire on 16th October 2029 with the option of 1+1+1
year extension. This report is only seeking approval for the
initial contract term of 5 years. A further report will be required
if the Council decides to exercise the option to extend.
