Agreed the proposed fees and charges for the
financial year 2024/25 as set out in Appendix 1 of this report, in
accordance with the Leaders Scheme of Delegation.

Noted a review is underway of Markets and Building
Control charges which will complete by September 2024 with a view
to implementing these new charges by FY 2025/26 or
sooner.
