1.   
Approved the award of contract to Softcat PLC
(02174990) for the supply and support of Microsoft software and
licencing in accordance with CSO 16 and 28.3. The project is called
“Microsoft Enterprise Licence Agreement”.
 
2.   
Noted the Council have procured these services using
the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Technology Products &
Associated Services (RM6098) approved framework agreement published
on the eSourcing CCS Procurement portal (Lot 3 Software) and a mini
competition exercise was undertaken in compliance with the
framework buying procedure.
 
3.   
Noted that the total cost will be
£5,455,200.84 for a 3-year contract term from 1 February
2024.
