Agreed that a loan facility of £25,000 is made
available to The Greenwich Theatre Ltd in accordance with the terms
set out in appendices A and B, to assist with urgent mechanical
works at the Greenwich Theatre (SE10).
 
2.           
Noted the range of options set out in Section 5,
together with an officer recommendation on the rate to be offered.
The loan would be governed by a number
of conditions and terms set out in exempt Appendix 1
including:

The Greenwich Theatre sign the lease
that the Council has presented to them in respect of the building
they occupy, which will provide safeguards to protect the Councils
financial and physical assets.
 
3.                
Delegated to the Director of Finance authorisation
to execute the loan agreement and agree minor changes to the loan
terms and agreement.
