Agreed to the award of roofing contracts with the
following:
 
•    John McGuinness Roofing
Contractors Ltd (company registration number 03342136);
and
•    Legacy Construction Group Limited
(company registration number 13147505)
 
for the provision of day-to-day repairs and one-off roof
replacements, to occupied and void properties boroughwide. The
above-named contractors provided the most advantageous tenders in
accordance with Contract Standing Order (CSO) 28.3.
 
2.   
Noted the anticipated total value of this
expenditure is £800,000, which will be split evenly between
the two contractors over the 12 months contract period (4th
December 2023 to 3rd December 2024).
