1.   
Agreed a Scheme & Estimate for development work
at Hawksmoor Youth Hub for an estimated value of up to
£500,000.
 
2.   
Noted that funding has been allocated by Public
Health Services from available revenue reserves for the development
works at Hawksmoor Youth Hub.
 
3.   
Noted that the building contract for the scheme have
not yet been tendered and the detailed design work is to be
finalised. Whilst there is a risk allowance are built into the
budget to cater for this, due to the stage the project is at, it is
difficult to accurately predict the project costs. Award of
contract is to follow a competitive tender
process. 
 
4.   
Delegated to the Director of Regeneration,
Enterprise and Skills in consultation with the Director of
Children’s Services the authority to vary the scheme in
accordance with identified priorities.
