1. Noted the
outcome of data analysis in the evidence pack Appendix B, and the
public consultation exercise carried out between 10th August 2023
and 29th August 2023, Appendix A, in respect to the proposed review
of the existing two Public Space Protection Orders (PSPO) in the
Borough.
 
2. Approved
and made a new boroughwide PSPO to take effect from 31st October
2023. The draft order and geographical areas are shown in Appendix
C.
