      Agreed to
appropriate land bounded by Wilmount Street, Woolwich New Road and
Vincent Road shown edged red on the plan appended at Appendix 1
(the "Land"), being the site of the proposed new Woolwich leisure
centre (the "Leisure Centre"), for planning purposes pursuant to
section 226 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 and as
defined in section 246(1)(b) of that Act;

      Authorised
reliance on section 203 of the Housing and Planning Act 2016 to
override any third-party rights or interests and breach any
restrictions over the Land subject to payment of compensation in
accordance with section 204 of that Act;
 
3.
      Noted the
schedule of compensation payments outlined in Exempt Appendix
3;
 
4.
      Agreed that
the contents of Appendices 2-4 be exempt from publication on the
grounds that they contain information relating to the financial or
business affairs of a particular person (including the authority
holding that information) under paragraph 3 of Schedule 12A to the
Local Government Act 1972 (as amended) and to agree that this
exempt information contained in the exempt Appendices shall not be
released to the press or public.
