1. Approved a direct award
under the CCS Framework’s Vertical Applications Solutions
Agreement RM6259 to NEC Software Solutions Uk Limited (company no: 968498) (“NEC”)
for the SaaS hosting and continued maintenance of the document
management application (“Enterprise”).
2. Noted the duration of
contract is for 5 years commencing 1st October 2023 to
30th September 2028.
3. Noted the following costs

4. Noted that the total
contract value includes £4,100 for the procurement of the
GDPR module licences and implementation. This module was purchased
prior to contract signature to expediate implementation process as
the module is required for essential data archiving prior to any
cloud migration. The purchase was undertaken from current service
budgets and our plan is to recharge this to the contract. Annual
maintenance costs for this module is
included in the contract costs.
5. Noted that the total
contract value is: £718,530 for the entire duration of the
contract.
6. Noted that the approval of
this contract is deemed critical to ensure continued running of the
Enterprise document management application software for the
Revenues and Advice & Benefits services.
