1       Agreed to the
award of contracts to deliver the housing capital programme, for a
period of up to five years, commencing on 1 October 2023
to:
 

•    Axis Europe plc (company
registration number 01991637) (“Axis”) for Area 1 South
comprising the following Wards - Middle Park & Sutcliffe,
Coldharbour & New Eltham, Eltham South, Eltham North. Shooters
Hill, Woolwich Common at an estimated value of
£60,000,000.

•    United Living (South)
Limited (company registration number 00817560) (“United
Living”) for Area 2 West comprising the following Wards -
Greenwich West, Blackheath Westcombe, Charlton, Kidbrooke with
Hornfair, Eltham West at an estimated value of
£60,000,000.

•    EQUANS Regeneration
Limited (company registration number 01738371)
(“EQUANS”) for Area 3 North comprising the following
Wards - Peninsula, Woolwich Riverside, Glyndon, Thamesmead
Moorings, Plumstead, Abbey Wood at an estimated value of
£60,000,000.
 

2        Noted
that the estimated total expenditure over the term of the contract
will be £180,000,000 and that there is no commitment to this
or any level of expenditure.

3        Noted
that the awards are in accordance with Contract Standing Orders
(“CSOs”) 14 and 16.

4        Noted that the
awards are call-offs from the South East Consortium’s
(“SEC”) Internal & External Works framework.

that the Business Case at Appendix A was approved for this
procurement on 5 June 2023.
