units (Use Class C3) and associated refuse and cycle
parking.
 
That planning consent is
Subject to:

The
satisfactory completion of a Section 106 Legal Agreement as set out
at Section 21 of this report; and
·             
The Conditions set out in Appendix 2 of the
report.
