Approved the formal inclusion of the 14 sites, and allocation of
associated budget, into the Greenwich Builds Phase 2 Year 1
programme as set out in the body of the report and Appendix
1.

Noted Cabinet at its meeting of 17 February 2022 agreed the budget
envelope of £397.32m for the delivery of a target of 1,000
new Council homes through direct delivery and acquisitions and to
delegate authority to the Cabinet Member for Regeneration to agree
individual site development budgets.

3.        
Noted Cabinet at its meeting of 20 July 2022 agreed that 16 sites
were progressed under the Year 1 programme to establish development
feasibility and financial viability, delegating authority to the
Cabinet Member for Regeneration to agree formal
inclusion.
