Agreed the award of a Term Contract for the
provision of Highways Works to Marlborough Highways Ltd (Company
Registration Number 02765630), commencing on 1 April 2024 for a
period of four years through to 31 March 2028 with the option of
four 12-month extensions until 2032 (4+1+1+1+1).

Noted that value of the contract including the
options to extend is anticipated to be a maximum of
£56,000,000

Noted that the annual contract value may vary
depending on the nature and volume of work ordered through the
contract, but that all works ordered under the contract will be
subject to annual budget setting or confirmation of external
funding.
