1.       Agreed the
appointment of Samuel Montagu Youth Centre (SMYC) as temporary
operator of Turning Pages Community Centre.
 

2.       Agreed the release
of £26,696 from the Voluntary and Community Sector
Contingency Fund to fund the temporary operation of Turning Pages
Community Centre.
 

3.       Authorised the
Director of Regeneration, Enterprise & Skills to enter into a
temporary arrangement through the issue of a Tenancy at Will with
SMYC for the temporary operation of Turning Pages Community Centre
at a peppercorn rent.
