Agreed
to make a one-off grant to the organisations listed in paragraph
4.15 of the report following the outcome of the BH365 Community
Advisory Panel recommendation with a combined value of
£71,471.

Noted
that the BH365 grant programme supports the provision of events and
activities organised by local community and cultural organisations
across the borough to be held from 1st October 2024 to
30th September 2025.

Noted
that the change to the process to a formal delegated decision and
award report, ensured that any decision taken on the cumulative
value of the grants being awarded is taken in line with the
Council’s constitution.

Agreed
the BH365 2024/25 grant recommendations from the Community Advisory
Panel. The 4 panel members either live, work, study in the borough
and this process helps to deliver a more transparent
decision-making process for the BH365 grant programme by Council
in.

Agreed
the recommendation of the BH365 Community Advisory Panel to award
the BH365 2024/25 grant awards with a combined value of
£71,471 to the organisations listed in paragraph 4.15 of the
report.
