suppliers, who have been evaluated as the top 3 scoring suppliers
in a tender for the provision of Boroughwide Temporary
Accommodation works, in accordance with Contract Standing Order
28.3:

9615960)

• Moatbrook Ltd (Company Registration No
6910981)

• Max Building Services Ltd (Company
Registration No 6403002)
 

2.           
Noted the overall value of the award for all three
providers is £4.2m, for a two-year contract duration from 1
October 2024 to 30 September 2026.
 

3.           
Noted that this procurement was undertaken under CSO
15 via the Council’s Approved List.
 

4.           
Noted a business case has been produced for this
procurement in compliance with CSO 8.1.
