To agree public
consultation

Content

1.           
Agreed to initiate a boroughwide public consultation
on the proposals to change the Street Cleansing service as set out
in the report and appended at Appendix A of the report.

2.           
Authorised the Chief Officer to finalise the design
and content of the public consultation as appended at Appendix A of
the report.

3.           
Noted that the findings from the consultation will
inform the future proposed delivery model and that this subsequent
decision report will be brought forward for decision following full
analysis of the consultation findings.

4.           
Authorised the Cabinet Member for Climate Action,
Sustainability and Transportation to make the post-consultation
decision on whether or not to change the Street Cleansing services,
taking into account the feedback to be received in response to the
consultation.
