Planning Committee

Comprising 15 Councillors, the Planning Committee determines planning applications and related matters which have not been dealt with by Officers under delegated authority. The Planning Committee meets every four weeks.   All meetings of the Planning Committee are held in the Council Chamber at Millmead House.   We webcast all of our meetings and these can be viewed by clicking on the following link: https://guildford.public-i.tv/core/portal/home   A guide to Planning Committee Meetings can be found at: Part 5 - Codes and Protocols.pdf   Substitutes Subject to a number of exceptions (see Council Procedure Rule 2.4.7), for each political group represented on a committee, all members of that group not appointed to that committee, shall be designated as substitute members for the member or members of that group who have been appointed to that committee.
