To approve the grant of the lease of Unit 10 Foundation Units,
Westfield Road, Slyfield, Moorfield Road to Sasho Blazhevski t/a
Smart Car Specialist Limited, in line with the following terms and
conditions:

For grant of a new lease the rent will be £8,500 per annum
(from £8.200 per annum) exclusive of business rates and
service charge.

The agreed term is 3 years

The rent will be payable monthly in advance.
