The Council’s tenant, MF Strawson, the
long leaseholder of the above property has requested that they be
given a licence to allow the sub-letting of the property.

The proposed grant of this Licence to Underlet is to formalise an
unauthorised sub-letting of part of the property known as The
Bridge.

The Council’s legal and surveying fees will be paid for by
the leaseholder.
