To sign a non-disclosure agreement with the
Lifescape Project so that they can provide a quote for services to
enter into a Conservation Covenant with the Council and thereby act
as the “Responsible Body” that monitors delivery of the
Council’s proposed habitat bank at Tyting Farm.
