The project has been initiated to carry out
internal alterations to the property and brick built outhouse to
create ground floor bathing and bedroom facilities for the
residents disabled child. There are also external works to
construct wheel chair access and off street parking.

Reasons for the decision

These works have been proposed to create

GBC are contributing £30,000 to the project with SCC children
with disabilities team topping up £57,815.52 (which includes
a contingency of 30%). Total project cost
£87,815.52.
