To approve the grant of the lease of grazing
land known as Plot B36 in line with the following terms and
conditions:

For grant of a new lease the rent will be £671 per annum and
exclusive of business rates.

The rent will be payable yearly in advance.

The agreed term is 5 years with a Landlord only break clause on
giving no less than three months’ prior written notice to the
Tenant at any time.

The Tenant will pay the Council’s legal costs.
