To approve the grant of the lease of Unit 7 Enterprise Estate,
Station Road West to Advanced Control Solutions Limited, in line
with the following terms and conditions:

For grant of a new lease the rent will be £9,500 per annum
(from £9,000 per annum) exclusive of business rates and
service charge.

The agreed term is 3 years.

The rent will be payable monthly in advance.
