The Council’s tenant of the above property, Auto Cosmetix
Limited, has requested that they be given a licence to allow the
sub-letting of the property.

The subletting is to Alpha Welding Ltd for a term of 10 years at a
rent of £50k per annum. There is an open market rent review
and a tenant’s break at year 5.

Under the terms of the Auto Cosmetix lease expiring 13/12/2071, we
are not able to unreasonably withhold or delay consent to this
subletting.
