Decision:

1.           
Note the
observations and recommendations made by Overview and
Scrutiny.

2.           
Adopt the
Corporate Delivery Plan for 2025-26.

3.           
Delegate
authority to the Joint Assistant Director for Strategy and
Corporate Services, in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for
Community and Organisational Development, to make any necessary
minor typographical changes prior to publication.
Reason(s):

1.         
Both of
the Council’s Overview and Scrutiny committees play an
important role in the Council’s policy development, providing
constructive challenge and feedback to drive improvement in service
delivery and strategic decision-making.

2.         
The
Corporate Delivery Plan has been developed to set out what the
Council will be doing this year to achieve the priorities set out
in its Corporate Strategy.
