To enter into a new, two-year contract with
Civica UK Ltd, based on a Framework Direct Award route to market,
for the provision of their Modern.Gov Committee management system
with effect from 1 May 2025.

The total value of the contract (including an optional 12-month
extension) will be £62,430 (£20,810 p.a.)

Reasons for the decision

To ensure the continuation of our current
committee management service for the Council.
