To approve the grant of the lease of Part
Ground Floor Office Suites (Rooms G01 and G03) to Citizens Advice
South West Surrey in line with the following terms and
conditions:
For grant of a new lease the rent will be £29,579.00. The
rent includes service charge and utilities.
The tenant is Citizens Advice South West Surrey
The agreed term is 3 years
The rent will be payable quarterly in advance
The tenant receives a grant from the Council amounting to
£250,000 for the financial year 2025-2026.
