To approve an amended Tenancy at Will to ACM
for the Rodboro Building dated 5th December 2023 in line with the
following terms and conditions:
The Tenancy at Will currently states that we cannot demand use and
occupation charges until the Tenancy at Will is terminated.
The Tenancy at Will will be amended to enable us to charge use and
occupation charges monthly from 6th May 2025.
All other terms of the Tenancy at Will remain the same.
