The Council’s tenant FG Barnes &
Sons Limited under a lease dated 19th October 1970 of the above
property has requested that they be given licence to allow the
sub-letting of part of the property.

The sublease is to be granted to Squire Furneaux Cobham Limited?for
a workshop for the repair and maintenance of private motor vehicles
for a term of 6 months; lease to be contracted out of the 1954
Act.

The Council cannot unreasonably withhold or delay consent for such
sub-letting.
