The Council’s incoming tenant (Host Hospitality) of units 3
& 4 Midleton Enterprise Park has requested that they be given
licence to allow them to carry out the following alterations:

-Removal of non-structural blockwork walls between the units

- Installation of mezzanine floor and staircase

- Installation of louvred vents of fresh air circulation

These alterations will be subject to approval by Building Control
and will also be subject to full re-instatement under the terms of
the lease. A deposit is also being taken in case of tenant
default.
