The Council’s incoming tenant of the 1st
Floor offices at 2 The Billings has requested that they be given
landlord’s consent to carry out the following alterations at
the above property:

- Installation of glass partitions to create smaller office /
meeting rooms as per the attached plan.

These alterations are deemed reasonable and should be documented
with a License to Alter
