Term: 5 Years
Rent: £15,333 p.a. + VAT (payable quarterly in advance)
Rent Free: 1.5 Months
Breaks: Tenant Option to break after 3 years
Reviews: None
Deposit: 3 Months rent + notional VAT
Guarantor: Couvert Event Hire Ltd (established company and tenant
of Unit 23, 24 & 25 at Midleton Enterprise Park).

Reasons for the decision

In order to secure a commercial letting of the
property and receive the rental income.
